In a speech to the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Mitt Romney blasted President Obama on his foreign policy and future military cuts. Mitt Romney tried to bring up the administrations leak about the killing of Bin Laden, but he’s short of details about how he would pay for his military budget increase. Raising the military budget $2.1 trillion over the next 10 years isn’t a foreign policy plan. Here is Mitt Romney’s speech in full by c-span:
